Patrick LoPresti, Chairman
|Patrick LoPresti has served on the ILPF’s Board since 1996, when the Amalgamated Lithographers’ Local 1 Pension, for which he also served as a board member, merged into the Inter-Local Pension Fund. He also serves on the board of the Graphic Communications Conference/International Brotherhood of Teamsters (GCC/IBT), representing the Atlantic Region, and as President, GCC Eastern Conference. LoPresti is President of GCC/IBT Local 1-L in New York City, a position he has held since 1995.|
Kurt Freeman, Vice-Chairman
|Kurt Freeman is President of District Council 9 of the GCC/IBT, with jurisdiction over eight local unions in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Freeman is also on the board of the national Graphic Communications Conference/International Brotherhood of Teamsters (GCC/IBT). Since 2002, he has served as President of GCC/IBT Local 14-M in Philadelphia, following service as both its Vice-President and Secretary-Treasurer. In addition to his position on the ILPF's Board, Freeman is a Trustee on another national pension plan, a local health and welfare fund and on an apprentice/journeyman retraining fund. Freeman is a graduate of Rowan University. He joined the union as a member in 1981 and went on to serve as a shop delegate.|
Michael Stafford, Secretary
|Michael Stafford has served on the Board of the Inter-Local Pension Fund since 2008. He joined the Graphic Communications International Union (GCIU) in 1983 while working in the commercial printing industry in Rochester, New York. He was elected Secretary-Treasurer of Local 503-M in 2002 and President the following year. GCC/IBT Local 503-M represents graphic arts industry workers in Central and Western New York.
Kevin Moore, Trustee
|Kevin Moore is a Trustee of the Inter-Local Pension Fund as well as a Trustee of the Michigan Conference of Teamsters Welfare Fund and Teamsters Joint Council 43. A Teamster since 1982, Moore is President of Local 299 in Detroit, where he also directs the local’s Political Action Committee. He is an elected Trustee of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and serves as the IBT’s Central Region Director for DHL.
Perry Kettner, Trustee
|Perry Kettner serves as Trustee on the Inter-Local Pension as well the Joint Pension Trust Fund Board and the Milwaukee Printing Pressmen & Assistants Health and Welfare Fund. He first became a member of GCC/IBT Local 577-M in 1984 while working in the commercial sheet fed printing segment of the industry. He was appointed to the Local 577-M Executive Board in 2000 and served as a Trustee of the Milwaukee Graphic Arts Institute until 2004. He was elected Local 577-M Vice President in 2006 and its President in 2014. The following year, he was elected Secretary-Treasurer of GCC/IBT District Council 1. Kettner currently serves as President of the Allied Printing Trades Council of Milwaukee & Madison and as the Printing Segment Delegate to Teamsters Joint Council 39.|
Paul Mancillas, Jr., Trustee
|Paul Mancillas currently is serving his second term as Trustee on the Inter-Local Pension Fund. He also is Trustee of GCC/IBT Local 458-M's Health & Welfare Fund. In 2015, he was elected President of Local 458-M (Carol Stream, Illinois), following twenty years as a business representative and then vice president. He worked as a pressmen for 23 years before beginning his service as a full-time officer. Mancillas is a past president of the GCC/IBT's District Council 4 and currently serves as its Secretary-Treasurer.|
Steve Nobles, Trustee
|Steve Nobles has been an Inter-Local Pension Fund trustee since 2006. He also serves as a trustee at Teamsters Joint Council 43, the Graphic Arts Industry Joint Pension Trust and the National Employees Health Plan. He is a 30-year member of the GCIU-GCC/IBT and has been president of GCC/Local 2/289-M since 2000. Nobles also serves as Secretary-Treasurer/Executive Officer of GCC/IBT District Council 3 and as President of the Michigan Allied Printing Trades Council.|
Lawrence Mitchell, Executive Director
|Larry Mitchell has worked in the financial services industry since 1988 and as Executive Director of the Inter-Local Pension Fund since 2007. He holds an MBA in finance and Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Pre-Law from Dominican University. Mitchell also is a Certified Financial Planner.|
